Responsibilities

Prepare documentation for transactions

Qualifications

2-4 years of investment banking experience
Fluency in Arabic
Strong knowledge of M&A processes
Experience in financial modeling and documentation
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling software
