Space NK, the ultimate curator of highly innovative beauty brands, is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in maximizing sales and profitability while leading a high performing team.

Responsibilities

Provide consistent product training and knowledge for unbiased customer advice
Exceed sales targets and company acquisition goals
Manage payroll spend effectively through scheduling and people planning
Maintain stock file accuracy to minimize loss
Ensure team awareness of sales targets and conversion rates
Support recruitment and retention of diverse teams
