Job Description

Join our team at Soho Farmhouse as a Spa Supervisor, responsible for managing the Cowshed Reception and booking system to deliver exceptional service and spa experience for members.

Responsibilities

Develop and incentivise the reception team
Liaise with Lead Therapist for support and training
Ensure budgetary controls are in place
Run wellness events and brand partnerships
Support wider Healthclub duties

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in related field
Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
Strong interpersonal skills
