Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers.
Create person-centered support plans.
Undertake risk assessments and encourage positive risk-taking.
Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
Provide robust quality assurance.
Monitor customers' progress and achievement of goals.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience in a related field.
First Aid at Work qualification.
Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and guidance in adult care.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Fluent in English.
