Exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-paced B2B organisation in Doncaster. Lead business acquisition across large-scale, national, and international accounts to drive meaningful growth.

Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new business, focusing on large blue-chip organisations.
Manage full sales cycle from opening conversations to closing deals.
Build strong client relationships and represent the business at a senior level.
Collaborate with operational teams for seamless delivery.
Identify process improvement opportunities and report on performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing and closing high-value accounts.
Commercially sharp with the confidence to secure large-scale deals.
Experience in fast-paced, founder-led or scale-up environments.
Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive sales approach.
