Job Description

Join Lidl as a Deputy Store Manager in Strabane, Northern Ireland. Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, manage and motivate the store team, maintain excellent shop floor presentation, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Completed A Levels or equivalent
Minimum 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
Full driving licence
Passion for hitting targets and deadlines
Excellent communication skills
