The Benefits Manager plays a crucial role in embedding business optimisation across the organisation, ensuring that efficiency improvements and benefits realisation are captured, measured, and aligned with the wider Optimisation Programme.
Develop, maintain, and refine the DIO Benefits Management Framework, ensuring coherence with organisational priorities and the Treasury efficiency savings framework. Lead on the development of a Benefits Management Strategy, aligning benefits with the directorates strategic objectives and planning.
Proven experience in benefits management, business optimisation, and programme delivery. Ability to lead benefits realisation processes within a complex organisational structure. Demonstrable expertise in data analysis, financial forecasting, and benefits tracking.
