Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Fibre Delivery Coordinator with a leading Telco Managed Service Provider.

Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of customer orders
Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Fibre Builds / implementations
Amending existing contracts to reflect upgrades, site moves, contract changes, and cancellations
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, providing regular and accurate management information
Driving customer satisfaction by managing expectations and keeping them informed about their orders, updates, and potential setbacks

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Delivery Coordinator/Order Analyst or similar role, working with Fibre (FFPT, FTTC, Dark Fibre etc)
Experience in managing third-party suppliers and ensuring accountability within the supply chain
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high standards of customer care
