Job Description

Join Serco as a Senior Supervisor in Aircraft Engineering Support based in Yeovil. This role involves carrying out Military Airworthiness Reviews for aircraft under the charge of RNAS Yeovilton.

Responsibilities

Leading independent ARs and compiling ARs report findings.
Consulting with the MAR T/L for raising DASORs, AR process reviews, QORs, and more.
Providing SQEP AR continuity and mentoring less-experienced Authority AR staff.
Reviewing AR findings to support CAMO and TDE.

Qualifications

5 years' experience in military/industry airworthiness environment.
Thorough knowledge of Aircraft Engineering, Project Planning, Naval Air Publications, and more.
Leadership and people management experience.
