Responsibilities

Manage a caseload with patient centred care plans
Evaluate care plans and outcomes through clinical audits
Liaise with multi-disciplinary team members

Qualifications

Registered professional qualification in mental health field
Minimum 2 years experience in community mental health
Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies
