Job Description

Join our Short-term assessment and reablement team in the High Peak area as a qualified and experienced social worker.

Responsibilities

Undertaking assessments for adult care needs
Engaging in short term home care support
Conducting Mental capacity assessments
Undertaking safeguarding enquires

Qualifications

Experience in safeguarding and capacity assessments
Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005
Ability to work with adults aged 18 and above
