Experian is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their global team and collaborate with executives to develop talent and organizational strategies.

Responsibilities

Provide HR business consulting to senior leaders
Partner with leaders on talent strategy and development
Design leadership and employee development programs
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion projects
Drive change management and organizational design initiatives

Qualifications

HR business partnering experience in SAAS or technology
Experience working with senior leaders in a global matrix environment
Strong background in strategic workforce planning and organizational design
