Job Description

Join Steadplan as our new Compliance Manager to strengthen and evolve our regulatory framework as we continue to grow across the North. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on compliance.

Responsibilities

Design and lead the company-wide compliance strategy across all departments
Manage audits and inspections, identifying risks and areas for improvement
Monitor and ensure compliance with industry legislation
Keep policies and procedures up to date
Provide training, coaching and support to staff
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

Experience in a compliance-related role
Knowledge of FCA and GDPR requirements
Experience conducting internal audits and writing compliance policies
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
