Job Description

Join our team as a Sales Coordinator and be responsible for managing client contacts, order processing, sales support, and maintaining customer records. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities in the market and prepare documentation for bids and tenders.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a database for all client contacts and information
  • Manage order processing and purchase orders
  • Provide sales support and excellent communication with customers
  • Update and maintain sales and customer records
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and direct sales calls
  • Identify seminars, exhibitions, and events to attend in the industry
  • Carry out market analysis to understand competitors and target potential clients
  • Proofread content for spelling mistakes and ensure alignment with tender strategy

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Good IT knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
  • Experience in preparing Bid and Tender documentation
  • Excellent people skills
