Job Description

The Political Relations Manager at East West Railway Company will be responsible for managing relationships with key political stakeholders to ensure their interests are considered and addressed throughout the programme.

Responsibilities

Identify and manage relationships with key political stakeholders and organisations.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to support project goals.
Monitor stakeholder concerns and issues, providing timely responses.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Prepare stakeholder communications and reports.
Provide updates to the Head of Political Relations on stakeholder engagement activities.
Ensure health and safety standards are met.
Demonstrate a cost-conscious mindset and commitment to innovation.
Act as a role model for EWR Co's vision and behaviours.

Qualifications

Proven experience in stakeholder management, preferably within a large infrastructure project.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience in developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans.
