Responsibilities

Provide support and supervision to care management professionals
Review operational procedures and develop solutions
Supervise all community-based staff and BH-JI navigators
Lead change initiatives for service excellence

Qualifications

Master's degree in social work or counseling
2+ years of management or supervisory experience
2+ years of experience in behavioral healthcare or substance use disorder treatment
LMHC or LICSW required
