Responsibilities

Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit
Support management team in personnel, product, and merchandising functions
Participate in meetings, communicate marketing and sales promotions, drive shop floor sales
Foster positive store experience, build talent pool for key positions

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in a premium or luxury brand
People management skills, effective communicator, team player
Ability to resolve conflict, adapt to change, and work with pace
