Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of front of house/reception area
Lead, train, and motivate reception team
Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage bookings
Provide concierge-level service to members
Resolve member concerns with tact and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of member interactions
Coordinate with other departments to meet member needs
Assist with special events and promotions
Ensure front desk area is tidy and professional

Qualifications

Previous luxury service, hospitality, or fitness experience
2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Proficient in office software and booking systems
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanour
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
