Exciting opportunity for an experienced Tree Officer to join an award-winning team in Greater Cambridge.

Responsibilities

Being a consultee on Planning Applications
Assessing trees for Tree Preservation Orders
Engaging with Ward Member and Parish Councils
Completing Tree Work Applications
Completing Hedgerow Removal Notifications
Undertaking site visits across the Greater Cambridge area
Supporting and working closely with the wider Natural Environment Team

Qualifications

Experienced and qualified Local Authority Tree Officer
Passionate about trees and protecting the natural environment
Excellent communicator comfortable with different audiences
Team player looking to join a larger well-supported team
