Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and answering incoming calls.
  • Managing office supplies and facilities.
  • Ensuring office compliance for Health, Safety & Environmental standards.
  • Undertaking general admin duties.
  • Supporting new starters during the induction process.
  • Assisting the IT Manager with IT administration.
  • Organizing company social events.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office, especially Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
