Join Envision, a leading sustainability and energy consultancy, as a Business Operations Administrator in our London office. Provide essential support across both London and Oxford locations.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries & general queries
  • Maintaining office supplies and IT equipment
  • Supporting Finance Manager with invoicing and debt chasing
  • Assisting with HR administration and staff recruitment
  • Organizing company insurance renewals and registrations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role within the consultancy sector
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial tasks
  • Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality
