Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi, you will be responsible for helping to run a multi-million store, motivate and develop a diverse team, and ensure operational efficiency and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager with sorting out deliveries, placing orders, and handling customer queries
Focus on people management, team performance, and organizing holiday rotas
Maximize sales, ensure great customer service, minimize costs, and optimize operational efficiency
Step into the Store Manager's role in their absence

Qualifications

Experienced people-manager
Skilled in leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment
Strong time management skills
Motivated to consistently achieve targets
