Job Description

Join our team as a Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant and contribute to the accurate and efficient dispensing of medications to customers. Be a crucial part of our online pharmacy operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

Medication Dispensing:
Follow SOPs for controlled medications, prepare prescriptions accurately, label and package medications.
Customer Service:
Address inquiries, provide medication information, and offer exceptional service.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and restock inventory, report expired medications.
Administrative Duties:
Update customer profiles, handle billing, and manage paperwork.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with GPhC and GDP regulations, maintain a safe work environment.
Team Collaboration:
Work with pharmacists and staff to provide seamless service, assist in training new employees.

Qualifications

Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English.
NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Service Skills or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Prior dispensing and stock control experience.
