GSL Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to work in a specialist SEN school in Tower Hamlets. The role involves providing tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs and assisting in their academic and social development.

Responsibilities

Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Support students with social, emotional, and academic development
Implement individualised education plans
Work closely with the SENCO and support staff

Qualifications

Previous experience in special education
Ability to adapt to different learning needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of safeguarding policies
