Responsibilities

Provide 1st line support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software.
Resolve faults and helpdesk requests in line with service level targets.
Assist with PC builds, re-builds, and hardware problems.
Maintain system documentation and conduct daily backups.
Keep up-to-date with new technologies to improve business systems.

Qualifications

Office 365 and Office 365 Administration knowledge.
Experience in IT related position for at least 6 months.
