Job Description

Join Bupa as an Activity Coordinator in our care home, responsible for creating a vibrant atmosphere and organizing exciting events and hobbies for residents.

Responsibilities

Running morning and afternoon activity sessions.
Producing and updating an activity planner for the home, working to a set activities budget.
Organising birthday surprises for residents.
Liaising with external companies and performers to organize days out/events.
Organising one-to-ones with residents for various activities.
Supporting the home with social media channels as required.

Qualifications

You should be a creative thinker with budget management skills, interested in caring for others and spreading enthusiasm for improving people's lives.
