Nordson Packaging, a global leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Area Sales Manager Packaging to join our team in UK, remote. Maintain all packaging customers within designated territory with aim to grow revenue year on year as per the company NBS guidelines & expectations
Increase system population through pro-active value selling activities within new, existing & competitive accounts
Work to recapitalize existing Nordson installed base through pro-active focus on customers with inefficient & obsolete equipment
Introduce, promote & up-sell latest range of Nordson equipment to all customers
Develop Aftermarket business with aim to grow spare parts revenue stream including maintenance contracts, training & engineering work
Gain firm knowledge of territory through courtesy calls & liaison with Engineering team
Generate strong working relationships with adhesive suppliers & transfer knowledge
Good all round education with knowledge of engineering, sales & marketing
Strong commercial & sales skills with ability to communicate with customers at all levels
Valid clean driving license
Fluent English language skills are mandatory
Capable of working independently using own initiative or be a member of a team
Ability to be flexible in day to day duties & willing to stay away overnight where required
