Job Description

Join us as a Cleaning Supervisor at Compass Group UK&I. We are looking for a dedicated individual to help ensure the smooth running of operations in 14Forty.

Responsibilities

Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
Supervise a team, creating a positive environment
Be a responsible key holder
Assist with weekly bookwork and necessary duties
Produce weekly rotas following manager's guidelines
Place orders for stock and maintain correct levels
Delegate and ensure team is proactive
Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
Comply with Health & Safety regulations

Qualifications

Previous experience supervising frontline teams
Good communication skills with a focus on Customer Service
Team player with can-do attitude
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
