Zizzi General Managers play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the restaurant by working closely with the Head Chef and leading the team to deliver exceptional food and service.

Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain top industry talent

Coach and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service consistently
Optimize financial performance and maximize profitability
