Join Reynolds Logistics, a leading company in the transport and logistics sector, specializing in fuel and gas distribution. We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and support our expanding team.

Responsibilities

Lead diverse teams across multiple locations and disciplines.
Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements.
Produce development and succession plans for key team members.
Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Document workflows and ensure adherence to processes.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Create accurate forecasts for resourcing and oversee planning and dispatch functions.
Attend customer-facing meetings to resolve issues and maintain operational efficiency.
Provide a strong presence at our head office in Purfleet and travel nationally to support the wider network.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams.
Experience in process mapping and problem-solving.
Strong financial skills with a positive impact on P&L.
Background in transport/logistics, preferably in fuel/gas.
Experience in managing change and working within a unionized environment.
MCPC – International, IOSH/NEBOSH/CMIOSH qualifications.
High-impact presentation and communication skills.
Strong written, numeric, and IT skills.
