Join our client in providing stable and nurturing homes for children and young people. Work in partnership with local authorities to create a safe and accepting environment for growth and development.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support and supervision to children in a residential setting.
Develop and implement personalised care plans for each child.
Foster positive relationships through active communication.
Assist with daily activities and outings.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential settings.
Manual Driving Licence.
Relevant qualification in childcare or similar field.
