Job Description
Join our team as a Client Relationship Manager to grow accounts in revenue and profitability within the Cruise industry.
Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with customers in the Cruise industry.
Influence account direction and engage with clients to determine product ranges.
Work closely with clients on strategic planning and growth support.
Nurture accounts for full potential growth.
Research and offer consultancy on relevant products and processes.
Ensure working knowledge of product range, creation, delivery, and change management.
Collaborate with internal team to meet customer expectations and deliver products on time.
Review pricing and identify opportunities for margin growth.
Input into budget setting and growth targets with Divisional Managing Director.
Source products and anticipate future client needs.
Improve profitability of client accounts through proactive initiatives.
Handle client queries and concerns professionally with creative solutions.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in B2B and B2C sales and customer management.
Strong commercial acumen for data analysis and identifying business opportunities.
Customer-focused, highly organised, and skilled negotiator.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive attitude.
