Job Description

Join our team as a Client Relationship Manager to grow accounts in revenue and profitability within the Cruise industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with customers in the Cruise industry.
  • Influence account direction and engage with clients to determine product ranges.
  • Work closely with clients on strategic planning and growth support.
  • Nurture accounts for full potential growth.
  • Research and offer consultancy on relevant products and processes.
  • Ensure working knowledge of product range, creation, delivery, and change management.
  • Collaborate with internal team to meet customer expectations and deliver products on time.
  • Review pricing and identify opportunities for margin growth.
  • Input into budget setting and growth targets with Divisional Managing Director.
  • Source products and anticipate future client needs.
  • Improve profitability of client accounts through proactive initiatives.
  • Handle client queries and concerns professionally with creative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in B2B and B2C sales and customer management.
  • Strong commercial acumen for data analysis and identifying business opportunities.
  • Customer-focused, highly organised, and skilled negotiator.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive attitude.
