Responsibilities

Manage the security and safety of the development
Support the Care and Support teams
Coordinate and facilitate community activities
Provide emergency support to homeowners during night shifts

Qualifications

Experience in care or support environment
QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
