Join our team as a Sales Consultant for New Homes, responsible for selling Shared Ownership development schemes in West London. Provide excellent customer service, manage sales processes, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

Manage sales process for new homes
Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties
Deliver exceptional customer service
Develop strong relationships with buyers and stakeholders
Maintain accurate client records and manage pipeline

Qualifications

Proven experience in new homes sales
Understanding of shared ownership process
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
CRM and sales management system experience
