Join James Latham as a Warehouse Supervisor at our Yate depot. Lead a Day Shift team in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure staff compliance with Company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety.
Communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
Organize, delegate, and monitor work to achieve all requirements.
Operate forklift, load/unload lorries, pick orders, goods inwards.
Lead team by example in a positive and unified manner.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, organised, and an excellent communicator. Prior supervisory experience required.
