Job Description

Join Amazon UK Services Ltd. as an Employee Relations Case Manager to support the ER Centralized Case Management Team in championing a new approach to case management within the UK. You will be responsible for hearing and managing complex ER cases to ensure fair and consistent policy application and high-quality case documentation.
