Join us as the Lead Ranger in the White Peak to drive forward our vision for nature and climate strategy. You will be responsible for coordinating conservation, access, and engagement projects while managing a team of rangers and gardeners.
Lead a team of rangers and gardeners in caring for the landscape in the White Peak.
Support tenant farmers in transitioning to manage land for nature and carbon.
Plan, develop, and coordinate capital and cyclical management tasks.
Develop a programme of conservation, access, and engagement projects.
Drive forward conservation plans on and off the land in partnership with others.
We're looking for someone who is a good manager of people, experienced in land management and nature conservation, enthusiastic and inspiring, familiar with health and safety compliance, organized and self-motivated, and confident in managing budgets and contracts.
