Job Description

Lead the Anthropologie store team in creating an unimagined store experience through fostering creativity and inspiring both team members and customers.

Responsibilities

Participate in training and development of associates
Build and maintain strong relationships with peers
Lead by example and inspire a shared vision
Manage the shop floor to ensure a positive store environment
Participate in operations and merchandising tasks

Qualifications

Experience in leadership or supervisor role in retail
Ability to work under tight time constraints
Proven record of training individuals or teams
Understanding of Anthropologie culture
