Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to onboarding
Promote company culture and position as an employer of choice
Collaborate with senior management to align hiring with growth strategy
Build scalable systems and processes to support team expansion

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting, ideally in real estate or sales
Proven track record of successfully hiring high-performing professionals
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Proactive attitude with a passion for connecting people to opportunity
Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage
Strong understanding of UAE talent market, especially in real estate
