Job Description

Inspire and guide manufacturing teams to enhance cluster performance by optimizing resource allocation and data-driven decision-making. Influence key performance indicators such as Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery, and Morale.

Responsibilities

Oversee manufacturing process to meet capability, capacity, and profit targets
Build and lead motivated manufacturing team, ensuring engagement and performance
Implement Food Safety and Health and Safety Strategies
Ensure compliance with legal standards and manufacturing requirements
Foster continuous improvement culture and adopt best practices
Maintain resource levels for effective training, projects, and NPD trials
Integrate engineering activities with plant operations

Qualifications

Operational knowledge in a large FMCG/CPG environment
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Systems
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Alignment to Weetabix values
