Responsibilities

Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers
Develop team capabilities through coaching and training
Ensure store safety, legality, and operational efficiency
Manage stock accuracy and diligence checks
Support the Store Manager with HR processes and deputising
Introduce new products and services in the store
Build relationships in the local community

Ability to lead and support a team
Excellent people skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
