Corserv Care is seeking a Community Care Supervisor to lead a team of Community Care Support Workers in delivering high-quality care services in Cornwall. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, staff support, training, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Plan and optimize work schedules for Support Workers
Oversee day-to-day service operations and staff support
Liaise with healthcare partners for timely referrals
Supervise and monitor Community Support Workers

Qualifications

Minimum level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care
Experience in providing direct care
Supervisory experience in frontline care
Full driving licence
