Responsibilities

Manage and deliver high-quality patient care
Oversee Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
Identify patients nearing the end of life and ensure timely transfers
Create a positive working environment for the team

Qualifications

Registered Nurse on NMC Register
Experience in palliative/End of Life care
Compassionate and person-centred care approach
Up to date knowledge of current palliative care issues
