Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets
Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication and teamwork
Assist in driving Net Promoter Score and selling metrics
Support the store's Units per Transaction by introducing new categories to customers
Maintain inventory, assist customers with product recommendations, and utilize POS systems effectively

Qualifications

1-2 years of retail experience
Ability to work flexible retail hours
Good understanding of store operations and sales performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
