HRLife is seeking a data-driven HR Generalist with a passion for payroll to join on an initial 8-month contract. The role involves overseeing benefits, managing employee lifecycle admin, leading the monthly payroll process, coordinating recruitment administration, and more.

Responsibilities

Overseeing benefits process, managing employee lifecycle admin
Working closely with managers to provide guidance
Leading monthly payroll process and resolving queries
Coordinating recruitment administration and updating HRIS
Managing onboarding and offboarding process

Qualifications

Data savvy with ability to juggle multiple projects
Experience with ADP and Success Factors is an advantage
Brilliant manager who encourages learning and autonomy
