Responsibilities

  • Upsell and cross-sell across all lines of business.
  • Forecasting, Pipeline and Account management.
  • Approach customers and recommend the most appropriate product to meet their needs.
  • Present energy products and services, highlighting cost saving and environmental benefits.
  • Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries about services and rates.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on potential leads.
