Job Description

Join Co-op as a Customer Team Leader in Pontefract. Lead the store team, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the community.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers
Develop team capabilities through coaching and training
Ensure store safety, legality, and operational efficiency
Manage stock accuracy and diligence checks
Support the store manager and lead new product introductions
Build relationships in the local community
