Job Description

Join The Original Factory Shop team as an Online Fulfilment Manager and be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling online shopping orders to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure cross-functional working.
Own and deliver objectives including compliance, cost reduction, and productivity.
Plan, organize, and deliver against volume forecasts.
Deliver a brilliant customer experience while achieving budget KPIs.
Develop plans to foster business opportunities.
Ensure Fulfilment Centre compliance with trading standards and H&S legislation.

Qualifications

Experience in a Managerial/Team Leader role.
Retail background or similar position experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other programs.
Work with efficiency, accuracy, and pace.
Collaborative with excellent communication skills.
Ready to learn new warehouse management systems and reporting tools.
Commercially insightful with a successful track record in achieving targets.
