Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support. Lead and mentor IT Administrator. Manage IT assets, set up equipment for new starters, maintain documentation, and collaborate on projects.
Proven IT support experience, excellent communication skills, experience with Windows OS, Office 365, Google Workspace, VPN, VOIP systems, and antivirus software. Exposure to SQL/database and web maintenance is desirable. Understanding of core network services and security mindset.
