Responsibilities

Implement visual merchandising strategies across multiple store locations.
Identify commercial and visual opportunities and provide feedback to store teams.
Develop and support regional visual merchandising strategies and seasonal layouts.
Coach and upskill store teams through hands-on training and workshops.
Collaborate with store management to maintain top-tier merchandising standards.
Play a key role in new store openings and enhancement projects.

Qualifications

Experience in premium visual merchandising including window displays, mannequin styling, and store layout planning.
Background in large store or field visual merchandising and use data to make commercial decisions.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and influence teams.
Creative, detail-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional merchandising standards.
Adaptable, organized, and open to travel and overnight stays when required.
